​WAIV. is Coachbuilt's range of wheelchair accessible vehicles, hand-built to order in Nuneaton. It comes in two forms: everyday vehicles for daily journeys, appointments, school and work, and WAIV. Campers for overnight and long-distance travel. Every conversion is EWVTA certified, with ramps, lifts and tie-downs fitted as standard.

Four ways we build. Most people know within a minute or two which column is theirs.
ONE THING WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Where a vehicle qualifies for VAT relief, the rules allow one every three years. So this choice is worth getting right first time, not just for the money but for the timing.
It also means the honest answer is sometimes neither column on its own. If you need everyday access and you want to travel, one vehicle that does both may serve you better than two. That is what the Camper was designed for.
We will talk you through where you stand before you commit to anything. Funding is one of the things we have spent 17 years helping people navigate.
WHAT EVERY WAIV. HAS IN COMMON
Built to order, around you. We do not adapt a standard vehicle and hope it fits. We start with how you transfer, what you use, who travels with you and where you go. Then we build.
Personal care on board. Wet rooms, ceiling track hoists, changing and shower tables, six-way seats. The things that turn a long journey from an ordeal into a trip.
Certified as standard. Ramps, lifts and tie-downs are EWVTA certified on every build. That matters for safety, for insurance and for what the vehicle is worth when you come to sell it.
British-built, and we are still here afterwards. Hand-built in Nuneaton since 2009, with our own service and repair centre. Manufacturers sometimes ask us to solve problems they cannot.
